Sabbath, June 13 NEW MEMBERS SABBATH: Forever Friends

Breakfast with the Band – Come early (8:00a.m.) this Sabbath and enjoy breakfast with our Praise Band members. Pastor Bob is the head chef, should be delicious!

You may have noticed the many new faces in the church recently. You might be feeling as if you just don't know as many folks as you used to. If so, be sure to join us this Sabbath, June 13, for our NEW MEMBER SABBATH when we'll try to introduce the new members that have joined over the last few years. This will be your chance to put a name with a face and make new friends. Then, stay by following 2nd service for an All-Church Fellowship Luncheon. Everyone is encouraged to join in fellowship with their church family. Please provide an entrée and a dessert or salad to share.

We had a tremendous response to our request for household items for Rwandan families. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You can bring your items to church and drop them in the church office. We already have a growing pile. We will make the deliveries to the families over the next few weeks. God bless you for your generosity!

Coming in the weeks ahead:

Dear Worthingtonians....Thanks for your generous support for Summer Camp at Mohaven in the past!  Please know that I have greatly reduced the price this year to enable as many of our kids and their friends to attend camp even during dire economic times.  Summer camp is about kids getting to know Jesus.  You can be partners with us in this specific evangelistic opportunity by paying for a child to attend this summer at Mohaven.  Please pray about this and let me know how you can help. Thanks much!    Mike Stevenson, Summer Camp Director (740-397-4665 ex. 122 ).

Abby & Nathan Helm are having a baby! Join us for a shower on Sunday, June 28 at 2:00pm in the garden room. They are expecting a baby girl and are registered at Babies R Us and Target.
